Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Go Green Paperless Initiative ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Go Green Paperless Initiative provides digital transformation consulting, AI automation solutions, web and mobile application development, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
- Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and information in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the rights to any content or materials provided to us
- Make payments according to agreed-upon terms
- Maintain confidentiality of any credentials or access provided
Intellectual Property
Client Materials: You retain all rights to materials, content, and data you provide to us. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will own the custom work product created specifically for your project. We retain rights to any pre-existing code, frameworks, or tools used in the development process.
Portfolio Rights: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Green Paperless Initiative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Except for this express warranty, our services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all of your requirements.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide you with any completed work product upon receipt of final payment.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
